Service Agreement
When you book a cleaning service with The King of Cleaning, you agree to provide accurate information and grant our team access to the property at the scheduled time. Service times may vary depending on the size and condition of the space. We reserve the right to modify or refuse service if the environment is unsafe or does not meet our cleaning standards.
Payments & Deposits
All services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger jobs, deposits may be required to secure your appointment. Payments can be made via cash, Zelle, Venmo, or other approved methods. Late or failed payments may result in service cancellation or additional fees.
Liability
While our cleaners are trained professionals who handle every item with care, The King of Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are not properly secured before cleaning. Please remove or secure valuable or fragile items prior to our arrival.
Access to Property
You agree to provide access to your property on the scheduled date and time. If access cannot be provided or the cleaning cannot be completed due to locked doors, pets, or unsafe conditions, a lockout fee may apply.
Changes to Services or Pricing
The King of Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify services, pricing, or policies at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. By using our services, you agree that any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Texas courts.
